Since its establishment in 1989, the Japan International Labour Foundation (JILAF) has been an
international cooperation organization focusing on invitation programs and field seminars for
trade union leaders in developing countries.
With "Dialogue" as the core of our activities, we aim to eradicate poverty and realize fair
globalization by fostering sound labor movements and supporting the establishment of social
security systems.
We continue to walk together with workers around the world through a network spanning over 100
countries and tens of thousands of people.
